I have been making my moms French baguettes since I was 12 . They are so easy and fast anyone can do it ! In my opinion there is nothing better than hot homemade bread out of the oven. The next day is a different story! Almost every Tuesday ( Italian Night) I make French Baguettes to go with our meal. The next day is meatless/ breakfast night, we stay faithful to our nights.
