1-14 days after you have received your product you can request a full refund.  The item must be unused, unwashed, with the original tags and receipt, except for clothing.  Clothing is only issued STORE CREDIT within 14 days, unless it is Final Sale.

15 to 30 days- Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original receipt.  Customer will receive store credit. For online orders the customer will receive a digital gift card once the customer has returned the item.  Clothing is non-refundable after 14 days. For in store purchases, the customer may receive a physical or digital gift card.

The Food Nanny does not process refunds after 30 days.
